Right now, our website is a waitlist sign-up page. When you join our list, we collect the information you give us — your email address (and your name, if you provide it). We also record that you consented to hear from us, and the date you did so.
We do not currently collect payment details, process orders, or run advertising trackers on this page.
We use Klaviyo, our email marketing provider, to store your details and send our emails, under contract and on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it where required by law.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing hello@eshelhouse.com. Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — just contact us and we'll respond as the law requires.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Our website and non-alcoholic gift collections are intended for a general audience. Any product that contains alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, a person aged 21 or older, and we verify age at checkout for those items. Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
As we move toward launch and begin selling, we will expand this policy to cover orders, payments, shipping and any analytics we introduce. When we update it, the "last updated" date above will change.
